CAEP visit is finally here! We are ready to host our visitors. Our visiting team members begin arriving from all over the country tomorrow. The interviews and meetings begin Sunday. You and the CAEP team have done a tremendous job preparing for this weekend. It's our time to shine! Campus Service Award One of our own, Madeline Smith, has been nominated for this important award. Spartan Preview Day Monday, February 19 was Spartan Preview day on Main Campus. Ricki Roth, Tammy Cox, and I talked with prospective students and their parents in the morning. Congratulations to Tammy Cox! On Monday, February 12, Tammy defended her dissertation entitled The Impact of Two Models of Advising on Student Satisfaction. I had the pleasure of being her committee chair along with Dr. Lydia Theabeau and Dr. Pam Stanfield. Please join me in congratulating Tammy on a job well done. Amy Brinkley, Lydia Thebeau, Tammy, Pam Stanfield, and me CAEP Update - Prayer Meeting The time has almost come!!!! The team will begin arriving next Saturday. To prepare our hearts and lift up our prayers and petitions to God regarding this visit, I would like to invite you to a time of prayer between 12:40pm and 12:50pm this Wednesday, February 21st in the chapel. This Wednesday is our Faculty/Staff Inservice, so if you are able, please join us as you finish your lunch. All are welcome! CAEP Update Hallelujah! We submitted our Formative Feedback Report Addendum and 78 additional evidence pieces to CAEP on Tuesday evening. The team now has our materials and will review them for the next few weeks. The team will be here on Saturday, February 24th and will be on campus Sunday, February 25th and Monday, February 26th. Thanks in advance to those of you who have played or will soon play a role in this site visit. I would like to give a special shout out to Alicia Noddings, David Collum, Nancy Sickler, and Genise Collum who have been working overtime to get the addendum submitted and now with the planning of the visit. The logistics of organizing a site visit for 8 people, 5 from out-of-state and 3 from Missouri, are extensive. Pray for a smooth visit, but more importantly pray that these 8 guests would see the light of Christ shining from the moment they encounter MBU. I encourage you to take a look at the addendum I attached to the email today. This will give you an ind
